“Alles war sauber. Es wurde auch nachgefragt, ob alles beim Einchecken klappte oder ob was fehlen würde. Demnach guter Service. Apropos Einchecken: hier ist vor allem das unkomplizierte Check-In & Check-Out zu loben. Was man mögen muss ist, dass das Schlafzimmer separat ist, aber das war uns bewusst. Was nicht ganz ersichtlich war, war dass das Gelände nicht vollständig eingezäunt war, bezüglich Hund. Aber trotzdem schön, dass unser Hund willkommen war! ”

Töpfe und Besteck, Spülmittel, Handseife, Handtücher, frisch bezogene Bettwäsche… Bei unserer Ankunft prasselte bereits ein wärmendes Feuer im Ofen und wir konnten die kleine Sauna benutzen. Wirklich toll. Zum HNF Nürnberg sind wir vom etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernten Bahnsteig der S-Bahn aus gefahren, dauert etwa 40 min.Die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen freundliche Menschen. “Es war okay, es gab keine Handtücher, wie es im Inserat stande, zum Glück hatten wir welche eingepackt. Bettwäsche war vorhanden aber keine Bezüge, das sollte man vielleicht genauer darstellen im Inserat. Das Grundstück sollte etwas mehr gepflegt werden und auf die abgebildete Bank möchte man sich nicht setzten, total verwittert. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, genau wie die Hütte, es müsste einiges gemacht werden, dann wäre er sicher ein sehr schöner Ort für eine kleine Auszeit.”

“Eine wirklich schöne Location, die Küche und Bar sind super ausgestattet und die Hütten sehr gemütlich, Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren jeweils zu dritt in den Hütten, mit vier Leuten wäre es vielleicht etwas eng geworden. Vielen Dank nochmal, wir kommen gern wieder!”

“Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und alles war da, was man so braucht. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und das Haus ist für noch mehr Menschen ausgelegt. Da wäre ein 2\. Waschbecken bei der 2\. Toilette hilfreich. Allein für das 2\. WC , wenn auch im Keller, waren wir sehr dankbar! Die Terrasse und die Sauna waren super. Leider stand in der Spülmaschine das Wasser, wir haben sie dann nicht benutzt.Einige Lampen sind defekt, so daß manche Ecke ziemlich duster war.”

"Llevo quedándome en este hotel más de 20 años para las ferias de Colonia y el Hotel cada vez está peor. Ya no tiene lógica lo que cobra por los servicios que ofrece. El día que llegamos nos dijeron que hasta las 11 podríamos cenar algo en el restaurante del hotel y al bajar a las 10 y media nos dijeron que ya era muy tarde para comer algo. El día que nos íbamos nos pasó lo mismo a las 10:15 de la noche el camarero nos dijo que había poca gente y que iban a cerrar cocina a las 10 y cuarto que si queríamos pedir algo lo pidiésemos ya. En cuanto a la limpieza podéis ver las fotos telarañas dentro y fuera de las habitaciones y cosas que dejan mucho que desear. El desayuno cada vez está peor antes incluso te cocinaban una tortilla o unos huevos, y ahora te cobran mucho más y no hay nadie que te haga un huevo frito o una tortilla, muchos platos acabados y tardan mucho en reponerlos... La próxima vez que vaya a una feria en Colonia me quedaré en otro hotel. "
