“Great location. We enjoyed the kayaks, campfires and having everything we needed to be comfortable. The screened porch was great for a buggy night. The cabin is decorated perfectly and it was nice having a washer and dryer. Recommend nearby hike at Auger Falls and dinner at the Alpine Grill.”

“We had such a great time! The cabin was perfect for our family and in such a wonderful location. I have two 8 yr olds and a 10 yr old and our weekend getaway to this cabin was perfect. So many great kid friendly hiking trails near by, clean swim area and a clean and comfortable cabin to rest, read and play games. Owners are wonderful and we look forward to coming back in the future. ”

“Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. ”

“very nice stay and even nicer host. was very responsive and answered every question. property is very clean, and a stones throw from the lake. perfect place to decompress and enjoy nature. i highly recommend this chalet and host. Will definitely use them again.”

“Just got back from an amazing stay at the cabin and I’m already missing it! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature and enjoying the quiet surroundings. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug and recharge!”

“We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very close to the Lodge at Harrisburg Lake where our extended family had a reunion. The Cottage gave us a quiet space for our family to stay, while still being close to the action. The lake is quiet and lovely, and just a short walk down the road. The incline to the lake is steep, and too difficult for anyone with ambulatory issues. Not everyone at the reunion could enjoy the lake. That is just something to keep in mind here. “We enjoyed our getaway cabin stay on Lake Pleasant. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful - great lawn stretching down to sandy beach. Our host was very communicative and made us feel welcome. We would definitely go back and we highly recommend. ”

“This was just what we needed, a break from it all. The place was perfect, so peaceful. The hot tub was amazing, loved the porch swing.The check-in and out process was seamless, hosts were great! Couldn’t have asked for me!”

“We had a great week at camp Sammy. The beach and water were perfect and plenty of room even if the other cottages are rented. The cabin is definitely more of a “glamping” experience which is just what we wanted. The closest store is about 20 minutes but a scenic nice drive. Jeremy was a great host, quick to respond, and helpful with any questions we had. We hope to visit again in the future. ”
