“Great hotel but the layout of the property is very confusing. Could really have benefited from an internal map of where everything was. Very strange layout. Food was lovely in The Grill, Tavern and The Vista. All the staff in the restaurants were fine although we ordered drinks and they were totally forgotten. The bar staff were a little slow. We had an issue with no hot water in our room from 5.30pm until the next morning. Would recommend with some small tweaks to enhance the experience ”

“VERY large room! We had room 15 with a balcony and 2 twin beds. The bathroom was big, has heated floors and a heated towel rack, and good water pressure in the shower.
