"Basic room. But was clean and comfortable. I did not realize there was not an elevator. My son has some Mobility difficulties . But the manager was very accommodating and able to switch us to a 1st floor. Very friendly staff "

"This property was beautiful and the rooms all had a patio. The pool and hot tub were nice and the bar food was excellent. The cafe food was overpriced for what it was. The Starbucks inside was not affiliated with the app or rewards so you cannot order ahead and the line was slow. Staff at the front desk was very courteous but they had difficulty finding the room type we ordered. Rooms were nice, but nothing fancy for the ambiance of the rest of the hotel. It is very conveniently located to the convention center so that was perfect for our event. "
