Apartments in San Dimas for Rent

"Neither of our 2 rooms were cleaned well. One also had a broken dishwasher and after 4 calls and front desk visits, nothing was done; no dish soap or dish towels were provided as promised. We had young toddlers in each room; one found a sharp screw and a tiny earring on the floor, the other got a sticker in his foot, even after asking for a room cleaning. Exterior also in disrepair with dry rot on exterior stairs and some cloudy windows. Staff was pleasant but not effective at problem solving. Breakfast was adequate but never had enough plates. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the water appeared murky at end of day. Family friendly; shuttle schedule inconvenient but easy walk to Disneyland; quiet; fireworks are loud on weekends but didn’t bother our toddlers. Reasonable price for 2 bdrm/2 bath/ full kitchen/ breakfast "

"Parking is very limited, I wasn’t able to park my car early. I parked a few hotels down. Once I was able to bring my car over it was blocked and couldn’t leave without getting valet involved. Hotel overall feels run down. I won’t be returning, the price doesn’t justify the experience I had. "

"Rooms-very worn furniture and bedding/towels. Room was crowded, as they are trying to fit two beds in too small of a room. Checkin staff was nice but others around the hotel were not friendly. Parking is terrible, as there was not enough and spaces are too small-my car has several dings from the cars next to us opening doors on us. "

"Breakfast was okay. They ran out of bread and spoons and then told me they didn’t know if they had anymore spoons. Seriously?!?! I could help wash some. Food was okay. The pool area was disgusting and the pool bathrooms were awful. But the beds were comfortable. "

"Good value for the price. The place is older but well-kept. Since it’s older, it lacks some features found in newer hotels such as usb charging ports, smart tv, no phone in room (to call front desk). "
