"Excellent stay—clean, cool, and convenient! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at The Viv! The Disney-themed decor is really cool and adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Plus, the amenities are amazing—there’s something for everyone here. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Anaheim!"

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved that they had shuttle service to and from the parks. The room was cleaned but it had a musky smell, maybe because the air wasn't on. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Furniture and bathroom is dated. It would be better if they updated the bathroom, furniture and add usb outlets. The beds are older but they were comfy to me. Housekeeping comes to clean the room every 3 days but if you need garbage out the room or fresh towels & washcloths you have to call the front desk. Our tub stopped up everytime we took a shower and the sink had a leak around the knobs so we had to wipe the counter with towels in the morning. That morning before we went to the parks we told the front desk about the problems in the room and that we need fresh towels and the garbage taken out. They said they'll have someone to look at the tub & sink & send up fresh towels. Later that evening I received a call from the hotel & she said they were moving us to another room so when we come back stop at the front desk. We returned around 10:30pm. I told the gentlemen what the front desk said earlier. He looked at his computer and said that they fixed it and we don't have to move to another room. We got to the room and they did not clean up after themselves! There was caulk in the tub and dirt. Thank God we brought some clorox wipes, dawn liquid and lysol. My niece cleaned the whole bathroom! I think we'll be staying at a Disney hotel our next visit."

"The room was clean but there was a funky smell in there. I assume from the cleaning products? The pool was freezing and the hottub was broken. The beds and pillows were decent. The staff was amazing and super helpful. There's alot of food options super close! Disney is an 18 minute walk, from the hotel to walking into a park. Overall, for the price, this is a decent super budget walkable iption. Parking was less than half of what the disney parking lots are and there's about the same amount of walking to get to the park."

"Full breakfast was more than enough each day. The area had a cute climbing structure for little ones. The pool was big enough for several families to play and enjoy the sunshine. The 2 bed (loft) layout was outstanding and we are so thankful for the space! Additionally, the kitchen came stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, and appliances so we did not have to eat at restaurants each day. "
