"My elderly aunt was displaced from her home due to the Altadena fires. In the activities following the fire my aunt fell and broke her shoulder. At the end of her hospital stay she was to be discharged although she was unable access her home. At the last minute we flew in from out of state to help. "Spent a week here while visiting family in Pasadena. Property is very clean with basic furnishings. Dedicated parking space a plus. While we did not use the kitchen except for making coffee in the morning, it could potentially use some additional things for those who do plan to eat or cook there, even as simple as salt and pepper. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again and need a place to stay."

"Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."

"The property was under some exterior construction when we arrived so seeing a boarded-up house was a bit unnerving at first. We weren't expecting much but the interior was very nice! The interior is smaller than I expected at roughly 1300 sq ft but 4 bedrooms with king size beds were perfect for our group. It is super bright inside, and we had a great time. "Clean spacious room,and housekeeping was on point , no complementary brkfst but driver was available to get us around a good miles or two away to find eats . All in all, i appreciate you guys ! Blessed futures 🙏"

"The room was immaculate and staff helpful and happy. There is no arcade on property as the listing suggests. The outdoor poor area and the back courtyard with coy pond are beautiful. There are cute little places throughout the hotel for photo ops! The bar/cafe has limited menu-card only, they do accept cash tips. Housekeeping will only clean your room if you ask. The food and coffee were delicious. Room service was delayed and our food was cold but they were very apologetic about the mix up. Great location and they do have a shuttle but we did not use it, we had a rental car and once you check in-you use your key card to get in and out of the parking garage and you are billed for parking after you check out. Overall a wonderful stay and we would totally stay there again whenever we are back in the area!!"
