"Contactless check-in and check-out what we didn't like, and room smelling smoke."

"The gentleman who checked us in was nice. He spoke very low and I couldn’t really hear him at times but he was still good. The lady who works in the morning shift is really rude. Her demeanor and her tone is rude. My family and I were at the pool and there were no signs up saying that we couldn’t be in the pool and she just rushed out the lobby and was saying we need to get out because it’s not safe to be in the water and she said “it’s their fault if something happens to them” and she just turned away and rolled her eyes. The rooms were clean & everything was neat. The beds were soft and the sheets were clean. The parking was good too, it was free. However, breakfast was alright. Overall I would rate the hotel a 7/10. We extended our stay just to swim but they didn’t tell us the swimming pool was closed. "

"Staff was very friendly and parking and checking in were an easy process. The rooms are outdated and had a strange smell. Beds are very hard. Pool area was very nice though. "

"Amazing classic hotel. The rooms show their age a bit, and being in downtown, the view out of my executive king room was a block wall. "

"We stayed at the Ramada Inn. It was very close to Universal Studios. The front desk was very helpful. When checking in the rooms were clean. Very nice accommodations. Definitely would book again when we go back to California."
