The room smelt very strongly of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. The carpet was stained and dated, the sink cracked, the glass shelf in the bathroom held up with folded paper and black mould on the bottom of the bath mat. The check-in was also quite complicated and there were no programmable room cards available. I couldn’t get access to the property at first because I had no 5G/wifi. Having everything automated is great but what about when people have no connection? Luckily someone let me in to the foyer and I was able to get onto the WiFi and get it sorted. On the plus side, really quiet, comfortable bed and the bus stop to Innsbruck is outside the hotel, 15 mins to the city. Think the price is way too high for what’s on offer!

Good points Check in was easy if you read the emails and use their App. Room was clean. I liked the hands off approach, self check in, no room cleaning or hassles. Get your own clean towels, sheets, toilet roll and so forth from the laundry room on the 2nd floor. Location was excellent, Spar store across road, bus stop for 404 bus was directly ops hotel, Ran good hours and reliable. Room was plenty warm enough, I actually had to keep a window open to keep cool enough at night when sleeping but I'm half polar bear! Negatives. The laundry room didn't have a tumble dryer so not really practical to use to clean own clothing. So I didn't use that. The doors... oh the doors. I believe in an attempt to prevent accidental locking out of rooms without keycard or phone, the doors are set up so you have to slam them very hard or pull with a lot of strength to get them to click locked shut. Now I figured this out immediately and thereafter had no issues. However, the idiots staying there over my trip couldn't figure this out. So there was extremely loud door banging the whole trip as frustrated people slammed and slammed and slammed doors trying to get them to shut. I think at most I had 2 hours sleep without being woken up by this during my stay. Which leads me to the other thing. The floors and walls are paper thin and you hear everything. Some of the guests were very loud during the stay, which also kept me awake and with no staff on hand to deal with.

BED BUGS!!! I stayed at this place for 4 days and woke up first day with bite marks all over my body. Since there is no front desk, communicating and getting a new room took hours as the staff online would respond every 3 hours with one sentence max. Upon my trip, I tried to get In touch with the hotel regarding my issue and they simply just ignored, offered no compensation nothing. Terrible.

Construction site Room was ok and functional.. No laundry and power tools and work going on Saturday afternoon which was disturbing . Building materials left everywhere but heard children in the property. Not a good mix in my experience. Needs addressing .

Einfaches Zimmer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und für eine Nacht ok. Ein etwas kompliziertes System zur Türöffnung, aber es funktioniert. Leider war im Restaurant eine Feier mit Alleinunterhalter, so dass an Schlaf bis 2 Uhr morgens nicht zu denken war.

För det priset vi betalat så är vi mer än nöjda! Jag fick snabbt svar på mail vid frågor, rummen var trevliga och utsikten otrolig. Vi åt på restaurangen i samma hus, vet inte om de hör ihop med boendet men vi rekommenderar att äta där. Otroligt trevlig personal, fick snabbt mat och allt var väldigt gott!

Det var rent och fint. Obs! Ingen AC och väldigt varmt, så det gick inte att sova. Det var även mycket lyhört så grannarna höll oss också vakna. Ingen bra upplevelse, men hade det funnits AC, så hade det varit bra👍
