"This property was in a convenient location between the college/university campuses and the beach. In addition to coffee shops and restaurants, there were plenty of shopping options within a few miles of the hotel. The rooms were quiet and the property was clean. The pool area was stocked with towels and comfortable reclining pool chairs. The only negative was that the pool was not heated. I would definitely stay at this property again! "

"There were some minor hiccups at arrival, but they were easily remedied. The pool had a bit of debris in it, and I let the host know and the pool service guy was out there before 8 am the next day to get it cleaned. "House is beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Well furnished. Patio lighting needs some work. Very dark around pool after dark. Everyone had a wonderful time. Location is very close to beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."
