“Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.”

“Amazing, modern hotel. Felt very luxurious. A 16 minute walk from the train station - I would suggest this walk in the day not late at night with all your luggage. Lovely helpful staff and a great space. Loved the tasteful decor. So clean inside and excellent amenities, also water in the fridge for guests. Everything you need for a convenient stay, but also with a touch of luxury. We were also allowed to store our luggage for a few hours whilst we got breakfast/lunch and explored, massive……
