“REQUESTED a late cancelation so we could stay somewhere closer and they agreed. so we booked a different hotel but denied the cancelation the next day, citing policy... If that was the case, we would not have booked another hotel... Now they refuse to refund us for a room they probably sold to someone else. What a bunch of grifters...”

“Upon arrival the lock box to enter was a 4 digit code but we were only sent 10 digit codes. I called and it was fixed right away, but a little inconvenient. The jetted tub was visually clean but the jets need to wiped as there was pink around them. There was a leg razor left In the shower. The mattress was a very hard spring mattress and the pillows were rock hard as well. I see other complaints about the mattress as well for a while now so they clearly aren’t going to fix the issue. Cute place...
