"Eugene (on reception) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am in a wheelchair and he even offered to push me back to my room. My room 139 was very clean Except for the underside of the wall mounted shower seat, which was filthy. The food wasn’t great. My husband ordered pie and mash but received ..."
