“If you can pay the extra to stay elsewhere do it. Since before I even arrived I called to ask questions about the property the lady told me “mam when you check in you can ask here in person I am busy I have a line of customers waiting to be checked in”. Got there got the room they charge a $75 Dollar fee (non refundable) and a $150 deposit. Got up to my room the room was 80 degrees it was really hot I told the front desk about it she said they would have someone come check it out. I left the……

“Room is clean and quiet, great city view”

“Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!”

“Room is very clean. Comfortable bedding. Stable hot water. Near Grand Central. However the room assigned to me looks completely different than the picture. Small, old, windows towards ugly view. The toilet has some issues and doesn’t flush smoothly.”
