“The person on duty spent most of the time on her phone while sitting in the lobby chairs. The next person on duty spent her time sitting in the sofa in the lobby eating and on the phone the entire time. If a person came in for service she would yell from where she was sitting and ask what they needed. I think the behavior and their attire was very unprofessional.”

“I asked to be put in a rm with no street noise and was told they had no problems. Put me along the front main and I absolutely heard cars, trucks and motorcycles. Had to wear ear plugs after the 1st night. Breakfast was just ok. Juices and coffee were good tho. Water pressure not good for long hair. Signed me up for program vs checking to see if I was already registered. Bed and pillow were very comfy. Gentleman at front nice. Lady who checked me in was a grump.”
