This is especially frustrating as I was assured by the manager that I would receive a refund for the discrepancy. Furthermore, the property had a significant mosquito issue, and there appeared to be a complete lack of coordination regarding bookings and reservations. I expected much better service from a hotel chain of this magnitude. Beware of this hotel. It’s a complete bait and switch. Would never recommend or stay here again.
