“On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels.
On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water.
The toilet was also poorly cleaned on arrival, and stained.

“The Royalton Grenada was a beautiful resort, but the rooms were underwhelming. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa. However, upon arrival, my room had a roll away bed and a visibly broken sofa bed. When you sat on the sofa, it made the loudest creaking sound. In addition, the balcony door was broken and malfunctioning. These issues were brought to the attention of management and the door was remedied, but it took a few days for the bed to be corrected.
