"Parking was easily available and accessible, room was spotless, and front desk staff were fast and friendly! Holiday Inn Express always has the MOST comfortable bed and pillows ever. Pretty sure we sleep better here than we do at home! We had to make this reservation only a few hours before our stay due to a death in the family. We were so happy they had a room available and at a great rate! "

"We had such a wonderful time at Shepherd’s Lodge. We didn’t have nearly enough time to spend there, as we had a wedding to attend, but what time we had was exceptional! The home is such a welcoming place with a big covered area in front with rocking chairs that always stays so cool, and a huge deck that wraps around the side and the entire back of the house with plenty of seating. It was so nice to sit outside and take in the quiet or just enjoy the breeze and scenery. The inside is very well laid out and appointed with large bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, games for kids, clean and welcoming, with plenty of towels and cookware. The pond is well stocked with fish which my husband enjoyed catching and cooking, and there are kayaks for those who want to paddle around. I thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and peace that just goes with this sweet place. I can’t wait to go back for a longer stay!!"
