Our room no 230 had some noise in the wall that was constant 24 hours. We nor the staff could identify the sound. We got no rest at all. Hotel was booked so could not move. Very disappointing. The outside pet stations were overflowing with trash, I.e cups, paper bags etc. I understand staff cannot control the rude folks who use them as garbage cans but staff should make sure they are cleaned out periodically. "
