"This was the absolute worst hotel room i ever had ! There was cigarette burns on everything walls, bed ,sink ,toilet ,shower . And when i woke up and got my glasses off night stand got ants all over me . Absolutly horrible experience. The room smelled bad also ! Oh and the roof leaked also put a trash can under the leak !"

"My hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke. Even though it was about 90% clean, there were a few details that could be considered dirty. Within the entire complex, the hotel is practically at the very end—far away from everything. If you’re looking for a place near shops or restaurants, this isn’t the one. But if you just need a spot to arrive and sleep, it might work for you."

"Had to swap rooms twice after check-in. The 1st room had a busted-up fridge that couldn't close properly, and the 2nd room disgustingly hadn't been cleaned yet with sauce/stains/hairs/debris all over the counters, beds, and appliances. The 3rd room was finally fine. "

My problem was my room, the AC didn’t work, the temperature would not drop below 75 degrees, I had to keep resetting the furnace and it would only get cool for about 15 minutes then go out again. My tv kept losing the signal, it wasn’t even storming. I was told I would get free breakfast for signing up for the Hyatt program but I was really charged for that amazing breakfast "
