“Stay was great - courteous staff, cleanliness. Breakfast for a weekend should be until 10am, not 9am! We did not make the breakfast time.”

“The air conditioner sounded like a loud table saw every time it was running and I couldn't get more than two or three stations on the TV set. Not a pleasant way to spend the night.”

“The breakfast was really good!! And the cookies in the evening were a nice touch as well. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The snacks my the front desk were a little pricey but I guess that's to be expected. It was convenient though. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The room was clean. But the facility smelled like natural gas in the hallways, fire alarms randomly went off randomly at 5:30-6:30 am, bar and restaurant were closed on a Saturday night. Rooms were clean, and a nice little breakfast. I realize not much to choose from in Livingston, but the smell and safety concern (as well as lack of sleep) with the fire alarms is a concern.”

“The air barely cooled the room, the bathtub was dirty, the phone or clock didn’t work. I finally got the television to come on but took some effort. The main thing dissatisfying was upon checking in, my booking was already paid for but the owner tried to charge me $75.00 more. She said Expedia didn’t charge the whole cost of the room. When I refused to pay more, she gave me a room on the second floor and I had to carry all my luggage up a flight of stairs. On a good note, The location was……

“Hotel undergoing renovation. Room was clean. No shelving or towels in bathroom. Top of toilet tank held a wash rag and shampoo. Towel hook on back of door easy to reach for a 6 footer… not so much for the 5’8”. No coffee for the coffee pot.”
