"Overcooked breakfast, poor quality coffee from a machine, “bloomer” bread was ordinary sliced bread. Tea making tray in room not stocked properly. "The room was spacious, although the staircase was very tight to carry even a small suitcase up. The beds were fairly hard and sprung and the pillows were extremely hard. The lock did not work on the balcony. But the staff at the reception desk were very nice."

"Nice location but terrible value, not a luxury place at all - they skimp on details. We had almost no interaction with the staff, and they didn't refresh our room, which would be fine but, e.g. there are only two coffee cups, no spare towels. Why am I paying this price and have to wash my own coffee ..."
