“Room was spotless staff was helpful as our original room was next to the elevator and all night we could not sleep hearing the banging. In the morning we were able to relocate to another room.”

“This is more personal preference statement. I believe the scrambled eggs are made from powder and that the sausage patties have very high levels of fillers. I have experience this multiple times in the past and it does not mean I'm really dinging you, I just feel that it's average”

“I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”
