“Any minor noise in hallway and in other rooms easily heard in our room making it very difficult to sleep at night or in the morning. Valet guys seem very overwhelmed. Not very friendly or communicative. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant which was overpriced, poorly made and not very tasty. Location was great and description on room placement was perfect.”

“We stayed at Tideline and felt the property has a lot of potential, but it fell short in several areas considering it’s marketed as a resort and charges premium fees. The $50/day resort fee plus $35/day valet felt steep, especially with an automatic 20% gratuity added to every check. During our stay, the elevators were not functioning well, parts of the hallways were noticeably hot, and there was no bell service available.
