3 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM

This beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 4th floor of the Legacy 2 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1815 Sq. Ft. of living area.

The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 50' TV, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The second Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, a 42' Flat Screen TV and a double closet.

The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds along with a queen size bed, a desk, and 42" flat screen TV.

The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area.

Access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool.

Just ten minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum: convention center, casinos, and only about an hour from New Orleans.

The place was fantastic! Amazing views from the balconies, very clean and well maintained property, and the host was always readily available. Security guards were pretty strict about wearing wristbands throughout the stay. We had a great time in Gulfport!

My family and I had an amazing time and plan to revisit again soon. Property is located directly across the street from the beach so many just walk over to it. Owners were very accessible and made sure we had everything we could have possible needed. Unit was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated; which made for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful location and perfect for families

Beautiful corner unit with amazing views of the beach. Perfect for our family vacation with plenty of beds and bathrooms. I would recommend the owner getting some mixing bowls, bakeware and wine glasses though. I planned to make a breakfast casserole and brownies but struggled as there was nothing to bake them in. Overall wonderful place and would definitely stay again!!!

The condo was lovely and everything was clean and in good working order. When we did have an issue with the TV Kenny responded very quickly and sent someone up to repair it. we all had a very good time.

Gulfport/Biloxi retreat

My wife and I enjoyed our two months in Kenny & Donna’s condo at the Legacy Towers. The security and cleanliness of the twin towers was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We give a shout out to Jason in security and the cleaning lady that always had a smile on her face. We had to leave a couple days early because of the coronavirus fear. When Kenny was told he immediately said I will refund you two days. We didn’t expect this, but it sure says a lot about his character. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and give it a 5 star. Thank you again Kenny & Donna and we only hope that everyone stays healthy.

Excellent beach condo

We loved everything about our stay at this property from the beach views to the great pools. We had issues with the air conditioning and Kenny responded immediately and the issue was addressed promptly. We will be happy to stay here again in the future!

We loved this condo. It was very spacious with three bedrooms, plenty of space for all of us to sleep. Well equipped. Across the street from the beach. 2 balconies with great views of sunrise and sunset.
