“There was no accommodation for disabled or handicapped visitors the toilet was very not even a toilet helper to help no handicapped rails in bathroom my sister had knee and hip surgery and I requested a handicapped room and breakfast was fair no fruit only green apples I will not be staying at this hotel again Hilton was next door same price I do visit short pump twice a year for shopping was planning a ladies fellowship next year will not be using this hotel”

“For a new hotel we had no hot water. Room was nice Breakfast was poor. The hostess seemed annoyed when asked about simple things like can we have some milk. Or can you get the pancake maker working. We usually have breads or muffins but not here. Although she seemed happy about getting food for herself to eat. When I or others asked the front desk person to help we thought she was talking to us but she was on her phone talking through her airpods She was on her phone all the time. Check in……
