“Nice”

“Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.”

Loved the fire pit every evening!Great for our dogs Bonnie Blue, who was my husband’s service dog, and Millie Grace who is on MovBonnie’litter mate, and a therapy dog, she belongs to My Daughter and Son in law! Planned this trip for us to see Monticello.It trip with out my husband passed in November ”

“The location was convenient. The team there was nice and the room was as expected.”

“The location to start was absolutely amazing, quite little area with friendly neighbors, my children quickly made friends. The house was beautiful, very cozy, even my children was in love with the house, its was very clean with everything we needed. Not to mention the host is the best. We had a 14 hour drive to arrive and she checked in during our drive to make sure we was safe and time of arrival so she could have everything ready for us, she even checked in to make sure we made it home safely!……

“We had a wonderful four night stay along with our 2 dogs. The suite was spotless and stocked with treats for us and our pups. There was a spacious yard and outdoor patio to enjoy and the kitchenette was just fine for our needs. We appreciated that the driveway and path to the suite were well lit and easy to navigate and we took advantage of the option to check in a bit early, which made the remainder of our stay much less rushed. We would most definitely stay again if we are in the area.”

“The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.”

“Bluebird Cottage is a lovely place to stay. The only issue we had was that the pull out sofa is not a double bed for adults. It would be suitable for children Very clean and welcoming ”
