“Just as described. Clean and great location to downtown Helen, you can easily walk into town. A couple of things to keep in mind is that it very much puts you in mind if a hotel room but without room service. What I mean is there are no extras…no extra towels, toilet paper ect. We had 4 people and 6 towels. As we were very active during this trip I would have liked to switch towels out halfway but there were not enough for us to all have a clean one. “The condo was so cozy. I loved sitting out on the porch, watching everyone float down the river. I totally enjoyed my three days and felt very safe traveling solo. Walking distance to just about anything. The host went above and beyond.”

“Just off the strip next to really great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with a big space for our family to enjoy the tranquility of Helen GA. Fantastic restaurants two blocks away. Fantastic internet to research the next day. We had a great time. Very clean and new townhouse. Would stay again. ”

“This was our 3rd time staying in Sunset Bay condos and each time has been perfect. Everything we needed and then some. The (grown) kids used the paddle board and kayak and it was super convenient when we rented a pontoon from the ridges. Decor was nice and beds were comfy”
