“I booked on the 9th of March for a March 15 - 17 stay. I booked this hotel because it advertised hot tub and pool. Arrived March 15th pool and hottub down for maintenance untill 16th of March. Hot tub was hot but no bubbles and smelled stall. We checked on the 17th pool still empty. I did not received any notification of the pool being serviced, prior to my checkin.”

“Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. The front clerks were barely at the front desk where you have to call or look for someone to help. Also the hotel needs to spray for insects I had numerous of ladybugs in the……
