My only qualms might be that in the bathroom the faux wooden flooring had a spongy feeling to it as it is evident the panels have come up in the majority of places. “Could not be a better location to the bills stadium. Less than a 10 min. Walk from room door to gate. Free parking with room. That being said, I personally would not shower there or stay for more than one night due to the outdated and un cleanliness of the bathroom. However the sheets were clean and it was a great place to crash and not worry about how many drinks you have. It also had a clean mini fridge and microwave. Keeping in mind it is a motel not a hotel. “Good if you need a place to sleep, that’s it. Stayed with my husband and two children, would not return. People up all night slamming doors and yelling. The room was poorly maintained. Not worth the money. It could be a nice place if the owners put a little money into it. ”

“good location, easy to find. Shopping nearby. water under floorboards in main room after using the bathtub area(no leaking in the bathroom). Area/clientele might be a bit sketchy for some...I don't venture out after dark anyway. Wifi was good.”

“This was the first time I stayed at a cheap motel and it was indeed that... a cheap motel but worse than I could imagine. Room was cold and reeked of cigarette smoke. Previous guest had left dirty underwear on the floor, it was not removed by the cleaners. Front desk person wasn't there on arrival or departure and phone didn't work. Cable TV also didn't work. Never again!”

“50s Style hotel, parking lot terrible. no heat on a 40 degree night (Probably could of got it turned on if I would have asked), and remote not working for tv. Considering other hotels were asking $500 for an event in the area this was a great deal at just over $200 for the night.”

“We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again.”

“Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable and accommodating house for 7 people. The sunset views were spectacular. Conveniently located near pizza, gas station, liquor store & restaurant. Easy to get to. The house has everything you will need for a trip.”
