Welcome to your beautifully renovated home for you to make lasting memories at!
It has the privacy of being away from town, yet less than five minutes away from many seasonal activities: The dune rides, hiking, the beautiful beaches, shopping downtown, fantastic restaurants, wine tours, breweries, golfing(we are located next door to the Arnold Palmer golf course-The Ravines.)

You also have the opportunity to come and pick blueberries when in season just steps from your back door. (Late July/early August)

Our home is a mile away from The Guardian Brewery and Spectators Sports Bar. And if you love your Burger King that’s about a mile away as well!

The Interurban is a bus system that runs to Saugatuck/Douglas from this home for a dollar each way. It’s a great way to have transportation and no worries!

Our home features an open floor plan and a relaxing expensive deck for you to enjoy nature, to cook out on the Weber Grill, or just lay out and soak up the sun. The master suite is located on the main floor and features an on suite with a custom shower completed in marble from Italy and a slider to the deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. It also features two more main floor bedrooms one features two sets of bunkbeds with 1 trundle and the 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. The main floor also contains a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a half bath with a washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom is located in the lower level with a queen bed. There is also a full bath with tub/shower combo as well.
This home sleeps 11.

There are three smart TVs throughout this home and a Blu-ray DVD player. The kitchen is stacked with all that you will need on this relaxing stay. We would love to have your family stay here at our Restful Ravines to make countless and priceless memories that will last your family a lifetime.

By renting our home you are agreeing to the following rules:
1) No smoking
2) No pets (if a pet is on our property, there will be a $200 fee per day)
3) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We (the owner)will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur at our home or any lost or stolen items.
4) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find any damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for a replacement/repair or you will provide us with a cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guest responsibility.
5) You are at least 25 years old
6) If more than 9 people are in the home there is a $75 per night per person charge.
7) Our cleaning lady will come after you have departed. She will not visit during your stay.
8) Please clean the grill after use.
9) Please remove sheets off the beds that you have used and place in the laundry room.
10) Also put all used towels in the laundry room as well. (Along with #13-please start a load of towels)
11) Haul all garbages(kitchen and all bathrooms) to the blue bin outside the garage.
12) Please load and run dishwasher before departing.
13) Start a load of towels in the washing machine before departing. If not done there will be a $30 charge.

Also currently there are small green vibrating poles/stakes in the grass, 10 of them to keep moles out. I feel it was the safest for you as guests to try to keep the moles at bay. They will not harm anyone!

June 16th the driveway is getting concrete so if you come from the 16th-23rd please use the driveway to the west of the home please!
