“We were so happy either our stay! It was our birthday and we received an upgrade to a beautiful groom with city views. Couldn’t have been more happy!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,……

“great that above of a kmart, woolworths and restaurants. room is 5 star ”

“Overall is good and clean I”

“Good experience”

“I think this hotel is overhyped. Really nice rooms (well designed and good size), but a strong drain smell in the bathroom, and soundproofing between rooms was not great. But what lets this hotel down more so is its weird vibe - it feels completely soulless. A really strange, almost sinister feeling in the common areas. The F&B offerings were a complete let-down. Plus the location isn't great.”

“Great Value for the price, location and room size.”
