前の道路は狭いけれど、送迎の車を駐車するスペースはギリギリあります。朝食は、よくあるビュッフェスタイルではなく、定食形式なので、私は気楽で良いと思いますが、海外のホテルに泊まっている感が薄いかも知れません。ウォシュレットも日本メーカーの製品が備え付けてあります。

日本語が通じます。 9階にジャグジーがありましたが、水が冷たくて入るのは無理でした。シャワーは熱いお湯が出て快適でした。 清潔感があって良いです。

清潔感があってスッキリしたホテル。ベッドが大きいのに狭く感じないくらい部屋は広く、PC作業スペースもあるので出張者におすすめのホテル。日本人向けの朝食や日本語での飲食店案内などもあり、スタッフさんも日本語が話せるのでとても助かります。 立地も良くて大通りや繁華街から一本入ったところにあるので静かで目の前のカフェも美味しいのでおすすめですが、英語が通じない場合があるので注意が必要です。

大きなホテルでは無いけれど、新しくて設備も整った良いホテルです。何故か備え付けのBody Soapが薬草臭くて使えないので、Body Soapは持参したものを使ったり、Hand Soapを使ったりしています。

サンダルが置いてある部屋と置いて無い部屋があります。 寝巻きも、私は当たったことがありませんが、置いてある部屋もあるようですが、基本的には置いてないものと思います。ウオシュレットも付いていて、新しいので設備も新しく快適な部屋です。ランドリー‐サービスも、翌日仕上げと書いてありますが、ほとんどの場合は、当日の夕方には部屋に届けてくれます。

屋上にある大浴場のシャワーの勢いが強すぎて痛いのと、備え付けのシャワージェルの匂いが強烈に臭いことを除くと、全てにおいてとても良いホテルです。今後、ハノイに宿泊する際の定宿にします。
