“The property is beautiful, the staff are super helpful, and the rooms very comfortable. Set in the Normandy countryside this was a wonderful, relaxing counterbalance following several hectic days at Disneyland Paris. The room we had was a suite with two rooms and a separate toilet. One room had a queen sized bed, a sink and a round tub. The other room had fold out double sofa bed, a sink, and shower. Both rooms had air conditioning which was greatly appreciated given the heat wave that occurred……

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“A really lovely boutique-style hotel in an excellent location for making the Chateau a focal point of a trip (approximately 10 minutes walk to the main gates.) There are lots of restaurants and bistros plus food shops etc within a very short walk. The building is old which gives lots of character, but the interior is clean and modern (unfortunately without air con if you happen to be visiting in silly-hot weather, although they did provide fans in the rooms). The bathrooms were excellent and……

“The AC is so hard to operate and didn’t work at all. We are there during the heatwave on July 11. Diana is great accommodating us but the male person replaced her it was terrible. We told him AC is not working but we have to go. The AC was not checked at all. The location is nice but not in Paris. You will spent traveling to and from the hotel to Paris. The room and bathroom is bigger than usual Paris hotel but lacking kettle. I wont retun to this hotel.”
