"Let’s start with the pros: it’s located in a quiet area; hotel has undergone a beautiful lobby renovation and the entire hotel and rooms are immaculately clean; beds were very comfortable and thermostat in room kept it the perfect temperature. The breakfast cafe in the lobby was reasonably priced and had a huge variety of fresh things to pick from. Cons: I paid extra for a balcony room which it had, but there were no chairs outside to enjoy it. Another small annoyance was the room had no hair dryer. "

"The accessibility ramp in front is chipped , my nephew tripped and fell. It needs to be fixed"

"The room was bigger than I expected. The bathroom was clean. The front lobby has a Starbucks. Quick to check in and quick checkout. They brought us extra towels when we needed some for our children. The television channels could use an upgrade (I haven't seen that kind of resolution since the 90s lol)"

"It was decent. Clean and great location. Bathroom shower stall door did not close and the floor got soaking wet. "
