4.5/5 Wonderful! (58 reviews)
"The front desk was very responsive, helpful, kind, and seemed to enjoy being there. When something was wrong, they went out of their way to make it right. I wish there was a broom and coffee maker in the room, but I would definitely recommend and stay there again!"
"If you are a walker and don't mind walking NYC blocks, this property is fine. The restaurant is closed so you have to eat elsewhere. We used Lyft instead of cabs, much faster and it picked us up in literally 2 minutes or less right in front of the hotel. Times Square is close by as is Penn Station. Our check in was easy. Have to ask for any housekeeping service while you are there. Our king room was VERY small. Also, the parking described on Expedia is incorrect. We are from Maryland and driving was our best option. There is NO on-sight parking and the nearby parking is a long block and a half away. Overall, a nice hotel if you plan to stay on the go in NYC."

"Lovely old deco style hotel with a great lobby. Comfortable, large room with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Great location across from Penn Station , near Macys and Empire State . Rooms are a little worn but clean and beds very comfortable.
Staff very helpful. Will stay here again."
