The owners have done a terrific job with decorating the place, a mixture of modern and Hawaiian. Everything is carefully laid out making the stay very nice. All the beach gear you need is here, and the lanai is so pleasant! We had a great stay and will try to return some day. Aloha!”

Two things that took away from our stay: 1) The fitness centre wasn't really a fitness centre. Four cardio machines isn't a fitness centre. “6 ladies stayed here for 4 nights and had an absolutely lovely stay. We kept commenting on how impressed we were with the area, condo, and pool/jacuzzi/restaurant area located in the condo complex. The condo had everything we needed and even had boogie boards and kids’ beach toys in the closet for guest use. Such a gem and would highly recommend staying here! ”

“Kolea is a quiet development right on Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach. A short walk from the condo to the beach or pool area which is also very nice. The condo itself is nice. There were no problems. It might be about time for a facelift / refresh in the unit as the furniture is showing wear but is not broken or in poor condition.”

“We've stayed in this area twice and love it. This property is spacious, has all amenities, and is well maintained. We loved the ground floor access to the back yard overlooking the pool. Just steps from the pool, hot tub, gym, and grilling area. Easy 20 min walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We'd absolutely stay here again. One tip for the manager would be to consider blinds in the bathrooms. You can see into the full shower/bathroom from 2nd floor walkway. Plenty of beach accessories,……

Great place to relax and get some rest. Plenty to do close by. One of the best vrbo’s we have stayed in. Even comes with a decent guitar and a very nice bass ukulele.
