“The views were absolutely beautiful the rooms however, needed a lot of love. The furniture and beds need to be replaced. I have to cover the couch with the sheet in order to sit on it. Went to get some ice from the ice-maker and it was out of order, no store within 15 miles. The staff at the front desk was able to give me ice from an ice bag but is it was the bottom of the bag and it had a lot of snow in it. I would definitely stay here again. It’s peaceful, quiet and beautiful, but an update is……

“因为第二天上午要带儿子面试学校，下午又要赶机场，所以在入住时提出能否延迟退房，这样可以赶回来换上旅行的装备，前台接待很痛快地说到12点。房间很大，也很舒服，酒店所处位置很好，周边有加油站、超市、餐饮，但房间都非常安静，对于自驾而言，是非常不错的选择。”

“Great location, quiet even though close to highway, front desk staff very friendly, clean, GREAT PILLOWS, comfy bed! Was here only for 1 night but pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fairly updated and honestly how spacious this was for a quality inn. Would stay again”

“Everything was excellent except the bed. The bed itself was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible - flat and not support full.”

“很方便”

“Great location, amazing service, will be back!”

“poor”

“Fantastic location. Great breakfast. Very gracious hosts.”

“Clean rooms”

“Keep away of it. This property is not livable. I've booked non-smoking room but found smoke and mold smell everywhere and you can not get rid of it for a long time after spending even 15 minutes in the room. It's a kingdom of pests like cockroaches and some other I was not able to identify; they're everywhere on walls, table, furniture, curtains.... Water in toilet is dirty, green-yellowish and even flush does not change its color. Finally I had to leave this place in 15 minutes even it was……

“Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night.”

“If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.”

“Kind and respectful staff! Close to nice restaurants and stores. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean.”

“This is an older hotel that really hasn't kept up to today's expectations for the average hotel guest. But, for the price, I got exactly what I expected, that being a clean room, a place to bathe, a small kitchenette and a place to sleep. The staff was friendly & helpful. For those giving bad reviews for this place, I'd only remind them that this was by far, the cheapest place around. I only paid $64 per night, so I think I got a good deal.”
