We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for. Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee.

I absolutely LOVED staying here excellent customer service the staff is super nice, very convenient, walkable, cleaned, decorated very nice, I absolutely recommend it 5 STAR.

I loved that the hotel really embraced the era of the building. It was so fun to come into the lobby with love jazz music. I did not like that the only option is to valet and it was very expensive to do so.

It is so beautiful to go at night when the lights are on. It's such a peaceful park and kids will want to spend hours there! Besides the playground there is a splash area, ping pong, checkers, chess, and even life size checkers and chess.
