“This was and really nice. I came for 3 days. The live music up the beach was amazing. Only problem is that your a like secluded. Just something to keep in mind. I wouldn't advise coming on a solo trip! Great for couples!!”

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“Breakfast buffet was okay. Staff was outstanding all around. Room was clean and looked recently renovated. I was disappointed to see some trash by the pool and in the beach. Usually when we travel staff is always walking around cleaning. That wasn’t the case here. ”

“The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Waves resort and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. “Beautiful grounds. Great restaurants. The rooms are very luxurious - especially the bathtubs. Entertainment is great too! Kids loved the pool. I do wish there were more pools for the kids to enjoy. Booking reservations for dinner was a nightmare though. We couldn't book in advance, were staying a week and on night one there was a restuarant already entirely booked! How does that even happen?! Also no kids in restaurants after 8pm!!! Finally check in was awful. We got there on time - rooms not……

“The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great!
