“The hotel was great in terms of cleanliness and functionality (especially for the price compared to other hotels in Red Deer). I'd stay again. My only issue is that I had to leave at 1:30am due to noise on my floor from rowdy individuals. At the point that hotel staff was escalating it with them, I was already wide awake. There was no point for me to stay and I hit the road back home at 2am. Front desk staff was extremely understanding and notified me that I will be receiving a refund, so once……

“The curtains was not blackout or fit the window had to request a blanket to hang up to cover the window co.petly so we could sleep. Plus on top of the bedding was cleaned with some strong cleaner so strong I had a very hard time breathing.I have breathing issues.”
