Newly updated (Fall 2023) 3 bedroom / 3 full bath - sleeps 10, single family RANCH w/ detached garage (available for your storage, e.g., golf clubs, BIKES (4 included), beach / pool items, etc.) and oversized driveway for your convenience, in the heart of HARBOUR TOWN in Sea Pines. On the well desired street of MUIRFIELD ROAD. Our main living space has expansive views of the golf and the rear deck is situated off the forward tee boxes and long view of the 2nd fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links, where the PGA RBC HERITAGE is played in April.
The house includes many updates including a new KITCHEN that opens up to the dining / family / living room, new LVP floors throughout, new ceiling fans (6), new wireless / Smart TVs (4) (with streaming / no cable), including a 65” in the family / living room over the new stone / electric fireplace.
The house can comfortably sleep as many as 10 guests in the updated 3 bedrooms (all on the same floor as the main living space), including: the MAIN bedroom w/ a king size bed, 50” mounted SmartTV, desk w/ wireless printer and large walk-in closet & bathroom, a 2ND bedroom w/ 1 queen size bed, 2 bunk beds, 43” SmartTV and full bath w/ shower and a 3RD bedroom w/ 2 queen size beds, a mounted 43” SmartTV and a full bath w/ bathtub.
We are about a half mile walk / bike ride to the Harbour Town Pool (INCLUDED), playground, shops, restaurants, lighthouse, marina, excursions, water sports and an even shorter walk in the other direction (through our cul-de-sac) to The Shops at Sea Pines Center including additional bike rental, Truffles restaurant (one of our favorites), trollies (in season) and a number of other shops / eateries.
BEACH ACCESS: Sea Pines Beach Club (open to all) - 1.4 miles away - limited parking (best option is to be dropped off or to take bike). Direct Access to Beach (open to all) - Multiple entry points / paths to beach, 1.5 miles away by bike. 7 min bike ride

During the peak Summer Season and Holidays there are 4 different trollies (air conditioned) at The Shops at Sea Pines Center which will take you to Harbour Town / Pool, South Beach (Salty Dog) and the Sea Pines Beach Club OR you can simply stay at The Shops of Sea Pines Center and enjoy the many restaurants (breakfast/lunch/dinner), gelato shop and other shops.
Sea Pines Beach Access: 7 min bike ride
Sea Pines Beach Club (open to all) - Entry off North Sea Pines Drive
1.4 miles away - limited parking (best option is to be dropped off or to take bike)
Coast restaurant (ocean front dining), Ocean Lounge (elevated ocean front dining), Beach Bar (walk-up service, specialty drinks / frozen cocktails)

The house is a one floor living ranch, perfect for guests who need minimal steps while inside. There are 4 steps to the front door and once inside there are three more steps to the main level. After that, one floor living at its best. Enter into the foyer and be greeted with our new shiplap wall with 11 hooks to hang things on. Hang your handbags, sweaters/coats, hats/caps, leashes, etc., which we find makes for easy access, entering and exiting the house.
All the bedrooms are in the front of the house. The back of the house is the main living area with expansive view of the golf course. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, Cambria Quartz countertops throughout and a butcher block on the island. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen closet. The kitchen has 2 cutout windows. One to the dining area, separated by 3 counter bar stools and another cutout window to the living area.
Enjoy the spectacular view of the golf course through the huge windows from anywhere in the kitchen, dining or living areas. Or, sit on the two large recliners in the family room and watch TV, watch the golfers / caddies pass by outside, or simply enjoy the electric fireplace with different colors and realistic sound of crackling firewood.
Walk outside from the dining room through the double French doors onto the newly sanded and painted oversized deck and enjoy some grilling on the BBQ grill and/or relax on the new deck furniture or built-in bench seats while taking in the spectacular views. Watch the players come by with their caddies, catch some of the chatter and hear the striking of the balls as everyone tries to make the turn on the dogleg par 5. And we have a built-in gate on the deck to keep your furry friends close…
Enjoy the peaceful twilight on the deck and you can catch a glimpse of the sunset looking to the right (back towards Plantation Drive) on clearer early evenings. Also to the right and up the 1st fairway, you may also catch a glimpse of the Harbour Town Clubhouse and even the Lighthouse (during the winter months).
The house comes with central air and central heat throughout, plantation shutters in all three bedrooms for your privacy and brand new quilts and pillows for all the beds.
Behind the garage (accessible from both the front walkway and the rear deck steps) is a small courtyard where your garbage and recycling receptacles are placed. Please leave these pails there and the Waste Management company knows to go there to retrieve the garbage and recycling as it is Sea Pines policy to not have any pails viewable from the street. Garage has owners car in it. Not for guest car.
We provide 4 bikes for your convenience, if you choose. Although these bikes are available for your use, we CANNOT guarantee their condition, since they have been used by prior renters. Please also note that you will assume all responsibility and risks associated with the use of these bikes and we ask that you adhere to the "Tips for Safe Bicycling" (found on the https://hiltonheadislandsc.gov website), when using them.
The house is located on a quiet dead end street (cul-de-sac) so there is minimal traffic from residents and guests throughout the day. Although we have outside security cameras and an indoor alarm system, they will be completely turned off during your entire stay at the house. They are only there to give us peace mind when the house is vacant and during storm situations.
Sea Pines is a gated community with so much to see and enjoy. There are beaches, beautiful bike paths, shops, restaurants, golf, boat excursions, the lighthouse, the marina, the horse stable, etc., etc.
Enjoy the Harbour Town Pool, included with the rental, just a half mile away. The pool is heated seasonally.
