It is not in the middle of Paihia but close enough that we could easily drive in to town to eat and go on our tour of the Bay. Even better, it was just down the road from Haruru Falls, which was spectacular. We loved going on a walk along the river. We felt very much at home in our little cottage. Grange and Bronwyn are fantastic hosts and do a fantastic job maintaining their property. I highly recommend Ash……

Carparking space is tight, rooms are good size, but amenities needs to be look at (No cloths hanger, faucet squeak when turn on, fridge is small, curtain blind does not cover the entire length of the openings).”
