"I am a repeat customer. The CIRC is a beautiful property in an excellent location in downtown Hollywood, FL. Many restaurants, bars, a Publix, a liquor store, the Arts Park, a golf course are within easy walking distance. The beach is easily accessible by bike or the city shuttle. My room was clean and comfortable. Sarah, at the front desk, was delightful. Negatives: The on-site restaurants are closed. The pool area was not as kept-up and inviting as it was when the roof top restaurant beside it was open. Valet, covered parking for $30."

"great welcoming, environment is family oriented yet fun and vibrant! I have stayed in a few hotels in the hollywood beach area ocean views and by far this is my new favorite!! food at the rooftop is delicious, bar atmosphere is very pleasant. I had my family visit me for mothers day weekend and we had a great time! they have rules as no drinks inside the pool and adhere to them firmly but allowed on pool deck obviously , the staff at bar and around pool very attentive to everyone s needs. It felt like being on a caribbean vacation and i actually live only 20 minutes away from the hotel but did not want to go home! my hotel room or apartment was absolutely gorgeous with hugeeee balcony!"

"Poor Maintenance"

"There were a few good things I'd like to mention about this place. Having in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen was nice, the bathroom with separate shower & tub, the pool area were nice too. Now, with all that being said, having a kitchen without the proper tools, its like whats the point of having the kitchen? Not even having a can opener or bottle opener, the pans were super scratched up & looked old & abused. I wiped the countertops (bath & kitchen) down, it was dirty, the rugs were not vacuumed, floors not mopped. The TV in the living room didnt work as well as the ice machine in the freezer. People yelling & screaming in the halls in the middle of the night. I called the front desk several times, no answer. For as much as they charge for this place, they need to do a better job, cleaning it and have the proper supplies. Also, the young lady in valet taking the tickets had an attitude problem, rolling her eyes a few times. I will not stay at this place again. The extra valet & resort fees are outrageous. "

"The system was tricky. Hard to get a good balance for room temp. Freezing was OK, but not much in between."

"Lack signs about where to go... Like for example, which way to go fir the guitar light shiw or that in certain places like the pool you are ask for a picture ID to go to the pool and order any alcoholic beverages... Staff was helpful overall. Thanks."
