“The property is very nice, private, quiet and clean. I gave this property a 5 Star rating with one caveat: there was no faucet handle for the shower. In its place was a pair of vice grips - it was difficult to regulate the temperature and water pressure, because it was not easy to turn. I recently suffered a shoulder injury, and, it was very hard for me to use the shower because I could barely turn the makeshift “handle” I would stay here again if the faucet handle were fixed.”

“This property is great. Five minutes to Rigolets Marina and sits on a canal leading to Pontchartrain. Owner is very accommodating, quick to respond to messages and provides an excellent stay.”

“Advised host 4 days prior to stay that we were concerned about incoming weather. After watching weather channel it was decided that we didn’t want to take a chance . Shared Weather Channel information . Host indicated that she had a strict cancellation policy even after sharing our justification for not arriving. Host didn’t issue any refund even after providing the weather channel information. The four other families also traveling hosts refunded portions of their 1,220 due to information……

“Property is as listed. It’s huge and neat. Big backyard. It has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Neighbors are quiet. Close to gas, shopping, food. My only suggestion would be about the thermostat. After adjusting the settings, it was still very warm during the day and night, even after removing the eco settings. Not sure if the thermostat is remotely controlled and/or has locked settings that cannot be adjusted. Also, the soap dish, toothbrush holder, and hand soap dispenser……

“Great house looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms & a big fenced in backyard. Easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants, & shopping. Great location if you’re wanting to go into New Orleans or Bay St Louis. Easy check in and any questions I had take m. Care of by emailing the property owner. Would definitely use again.”
