“The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless.……

“Had several attempts via text about access to the home. A phone call took care of it on the day of checking in. Advertising the dummy lift for luggage and groceries would have been more helpful. Not enough towels in the upstairs bathroom. And bedroom upstairs needs a second nightstand. Overall a really good stay, good Communications, very clean, beautiful views and very serene.”
