“The most wonderful place for our family. The weather was cool On Sunday when we arrived but each day got warmer. Every sunset was different and we enjoyed each one down at Lake Michigan. I was up most mornings at 6:45 to enjoy each sunrise. As the week went forward all joined me the last morning to watch the beautiful sunrise! “Loved the space especially the outside picnic area and fire pit. Living room furniture was not very comfortable for older folks but beds were. Would have been nice to have TV in bedrooms but realize no space for that or a dresser”

“We just loved our time at Anna’s Cottage. It was spacious, warm and welcoming. The windows (and views!) are gorgeous and we loved the photo of the same porch we sat on from the early 1900s. Located across the street from the Chain Ferry and within walking distance to Mt. Baldhead and Oval Beach, the location is perfect. Highly recommend!”

The kids had so much fun in the lake and it was a great view to enjoy every day.Everything we needed was provided which was the cherry on top. “This is a beautiful, peaceful location. A quick drive into town if you want to eat out, but a great escape if you're seeking tranquility. The view of the wetlands and the wildlife were our favorite things about it. The beds are great, and with all the windows open in the 2nd bedroom, it's almost like sleeping outdoors. “We booked this rental last minute for our daughters’ birthday weekend with friends, and it turned out to be perfect. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The setting is absolutely beautiful. peaceful and scenic, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The girls had a wonderful time celebrating, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Highly recommend!”
