"The young woman at the desk when we checked in and out was wonderful. We were an hour early- it was raining and we just wanted to relax for an hour before going to Galesburg to meet friends for dinner. She found us a room on an upper floor that was ready. She was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It did not have a microwave but there was one in the lobby, along with 24 hour fresh brewed coffee, cocoa and juice access. We really liked the sparkling water availability along with still water. Entrance to the hotel is a little tricky being just off a traffic circle. We missed our exit from the circle when we were northbound but just turned around at the next intersection and it was easier approaching from the north. If we return to the area again we will stay here!"

"I booked an accessible room. The hotel is undergoing a lot of renovations currently and the elevator wasnt working, so I was going to have to carry my wagon up the stairs. I simply cant do that. The manager, Joe, offered to help me carry it, but then as I walked away, he found me a room on the first floor. He upgraded me to a suite, and when I needed a lot of ice (going through treatment rn) he stopped what he was doing, went and opened a new bag for me and helped me fill my tumbler. The room was lovely, beds EXTREMELY comfortable. Room was clean and easily accessible for me. Again, it was a bit rough - I booked through a third party, so no idea that there was a busted elevator, closed pool, or construction materials everywhere- but Joe went above and beyond to make sure my stay was safe and comfortable. I will be returning to stay here whenever I am in the area again. Fantastic service! This place will"
