“We were very disappointed with our stay. The grounds were not well kept and it was not gated. Just a “gate” you drive through, no code required. The tennis courts and playground were VERY run down. The house was in dire need of paint and TLC updates. My husband found a cockroach in the main bathroom our last night. I would not recommend this property,”

“The freezer in the fridge was unusable due to not being defrosted in a long time. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The room smelled musty upon entering. The breakfast was ok. All in all it was an ok and affordable place to spend one night while on a road trip”

“I have a family of five and looked forward to staying at such a high rated hotel. We booked the suite and at first everything looked wonderful, but as we settled in we found that the fridge was unplugged and would take 8 hours to just get cold. As we were only staying one night this prevented us from keeping our children’s snacks and drinks refrigerated. The kids were very much looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but that didn’t work out as the smell of chlorine was overpowering and……

“Highway noise is noticeable, even when in the cabin. Poor lighting in the kitchen. Getting on the busy highway can be a challenge when your setting on gravel and you have small ridge to get over. Hosts were great.”
