Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable. However, our room was short of towels and one was torn in multiple spots. Then, breakfast was virtually absent - no juice, most serving dishes empty. Trash was blowing out of smelly trash cans outside the building. This property was a favorite when we stayed four years ago, but we won’t be returning.

It’s a little sketchy when you drive on to the property. The woman checking us in was pleasant, however hard to understand. The elevator had someone’s water bottle, our room had hair in the sink & shower, the fake flowers in the pots outside were dirty & just thrown in there. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were small. I could go on, but you get the gist.

Arrived 35 minutes early. Clerk was not willing to check us in, recommended to go for a walk until check-in time. At 3 pm (check-in time) she obviously finished her shift and left. The new clerk acted somewhat slow and unprofessionally. Took about 15 minutes to get the room keys. Room was smelly and dirty, garbage can was not even emptied.

Rooms were decent. The desk clerks ridiculously unprofessional along with person doing the breakfast buffet . Everything on breakfast bar was empty . The person doing the breakfasts bar was wearing cowboy hat , long greasy looking hair wearing a barn coat and very unkempt.

It seemed like the place was slipping. No pool or hot tub working while we were there. The continental breakfast went from 3-4 options on the first day to only cold cereal without milk on the last day. There wasn't even coffee the day we left! I told the lady at the front desk. She nodded and went back to her phone. Our room door was extremely difficult to open. We did have a refrigerator and microwave so we bought food for breakfast and lunch.

Hotel was a good value for the money. A bit dated and the mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable. Tried to check in an hour early - gentleman at the front desk didn’t even check if a room was clean and available, just said no. Would recommend if staying in Hot Springs.

Nice accommodations but not great. WiFi, while free, was so poor, it was almost non-existent. Odd little conference room in our suite truly baffled us. Finally, breakfast was to be open until 9:00 am. At 8:45 it was as good as closed. Fix the details and this could be quite nice.

Property is dated. Suppose to have a restaurant and lounge area? Did not open until later than most guests stayed in the mornings (mostly construction type workers) and open at strange times and days. Motel breakfast consisted of 4 bagels and 4 pieces of bread, kiddy yogurt, egg pucks, frozen briskets and old sausage gravy. One of the worst I have ever experienced. The room had an oder of cowboy, horse and manure. Heat/Cool unit vents and fins were so filthy and moldy, the black out curtains fell off the rod, no one at the front desk to tell. Waited 15 minutes and rang the bell 5 times with no response. Pool and Hot tub out of order. The town has no place to eat breakfasts and nightly meals are non existent except for a couple of bars.
