Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Make sure the temperature on the hot tub is turned down

Clean out the grill before you leave (if you used it). Our cleaner charges $50 if she has to clean it.

Please turn the AC up to 76 in the summer; turn the heat down to 68 in the winter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Clean grill after using. If our cleaner has to clean it she will charge a $50 fee.

We do NOT allow smoking/vaping inside/outside of the property. Any smoking found in/on property will have a $1000 charge due to additional cleaning!

No lifeguard on duty! Swim at own risk. No glass in pool area. No food in pool/hot tub. Keep lid on hot tub when not in use. See hot tub instructions.
