“First, Georgia (homeowner) was outstanding with communication. Quick and clear responses to any questions. Second, the house was clean and convenient in a great location on the lake. The 2nd floor screened in deck with fans was where we spent most of our time playing games, eating and relaxing. We rented a boat from Georgia and she made it very convenient (offered to drop it off at our dock). 5 stars all around.”

“We canoed and waded, bird watched, and ate on the screened in porch through rain. Clean, comfortable, and enough outdoor space for kids under 10 to play on and off the lake. Good place for a small family gathering!”

“We chose the Azaela Cottage b/c our daughter was holding her wedding 3 doors down. But it was perfect for the parents of the bride. Far enough away from all the wedding shenanigans, but close enough we could easily help w/anything required. B/c we were there for an occasion, we didn't get to experience all the cottage/lake amenities, but it was still a lovely place to unwind & enjoy our time away from home. Would love to stay again & see more of the area.”

“We enjoyed the cute little lake house. The weather kept us in for a few days but loved the decks, hot tub, grill, and firepit when we could dodge the rain. The kitchen was stocked to cook in, beds were comfy, nicely decorated. The area is peaceful and quiet. Missing the sounds of birds, ducks, and the grey horned owl family up in the pine tree.”

“My wife and I have been VRBO'ing for a long time. We have had many good expereinces, but this one was unique and special. I was very impressed. Tony and Yvonne have a special place not only in the RV itself, but also in the neighborhood and their property. It is very quiet and peaceful combined with a mature property and surrounding area. They know how to bless their guests with snacks and small extra touches. We will definately be back and very much enjoyed our stay. Very gracious of them to……

“This is such a wonderful place to spend with your family. I especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view and the tranquility that it brought. Its private pier brought the convenience to deliver a rental boat to us. We sailed to a dock-and-dine waterfront restaurant at Mooresville. We also did kayaks, paddleboards, and sailing during our stay. The house is very clean and the host is very responsive for our questions. Two nights were not enough and we wish we could stay longer. We definitely will……
